Delivery Information
All orders placed before 1 pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day. All other orders will be dispatched the next working day.
*For UK next day delivery orders placed before 1 pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday and orders placed at the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.
UK Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) – £2.95
UK Next Day Delivery – £6.50
European Standard Delivery (7-10 working days) - £20
European Express Delivery (4-6 working days) –£40
International Delivery (7-14 working days) – £30*
*This fee maybe subject to change depending on location and country.
Tracking will not be available on Standard Delivery methods.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
For Royal Mail UK deliveries your order should arrive within 2-3 working days, although we ask that you allow 14 days for delivery before contacting customer services via our contact form.
European deliveries should arrive within 7-10 working days.
International deliveries should arrive within 7-14 working days.*
*There may be delays due to location and country.
We are sorry but we are unable to accept responsibility for any delay in delivery.
Refund & Returns
Online
Simply email us at support@fairparfum.com with ‘Refund/Return’ in the subject line. Please include your order number and postal tracking number in the email.
Please write your order number clearly on the back of the package that you send back to us.
Once your item has been returned and we find everything is as expected, we will credit the full purchase price back to the card you used to make the purchase.
Any item that is returned, as part of our 100% Money Back Guarantee, must be in the original sealed packaging. If the seal is broken, then the return policy is void and the money will not be refunded.

Failed Delivery
If you entered details incorrectly and the item is returned, you will be charged £5.00 for extra delivery costs.
