All orders placed before 1 pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day. All other orders will be dispatched the next working day.
*For UK next day delivery orders placed before 1 pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday and orders placed at the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.

UK Next Day Delivery – £6.50
European Standard Delivery (4-6 working days) - Free
European Express Delivery (2-4 working days) – £9.50
International Delivery (5-7 working days) – £15*

Tracking will not be available on Standard Delivery methods.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
For Royal Mail UK deliveries your order should arrive within 2-3 working days, although we ask that you allow 14 days for delivery before contacting customer services via our contact form.
European deliveries should arrive within 4-6 working days.
International deliveries should arrive within 5-7 working days.*
*There may be delays due to location and country.
We are sorry but we are unable to accept responsibility for any delay in delivery.
If you entered details incorrectly and the item is returned, you will be charged £5.00 for extra delivery costs.
Returns / changed your mind? – 14-day money back guarantee
If you return an item due to a mistake and want to exchange it for another item, you will not be charged for the extra delivery costs.
If your purchase arrives and it’s not quite what you were looking for, you can return any item for a full refund or exchange within 14 days.
Simply email us at email@example.com with ‘I’ve changed my mind’ in the subject line.
Please include your order number in the email. Once you have emailed us, send back the item to the address below within 14 days of having received your order. The cost of returning the product to us will not be refunded. Please mark your order number clearly on the back of the package that you send back to us.

All Faîr Parfum products go through a rigorous quality checking process as part of the service we offer to you. Therefore it’s very unlikely you will receive faulty goods from us, but in the unlikely event that this happens we will be happy to refund or exchange the product as you see fit, once the fault has been verified. The cost of returning the product by Royal Mail second class recorded delivery will be refunded. Simply contact us as soon as you notice the fault using our contact form with ‘Faulty’ in the subject line and include details about the fault. Please include your order number in the email. Once you have emailed us, send back the item to the address below. Please mark your order number clearly on the back of the package that you send back to us.
Once your item has been returned and we find everything is as expected (whether the item is faulty or sent back to us as part of the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee) we will credit the full purchase price back to the card you used to make the purchase. If the item is faulty, we will also credit the cost of returning the product to us by Royal Mail second class recorded delivery.
Any item that is returned, as part of our 100% Money Back Guarantee, must not be less than 45ml. If the usage exceeds this amount, then the return policy is void and the money will not be refunded.
